Swann SA is responsible for the data collected on this site. We only collect what is needed to answer your request; we do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

“Submit your deck” form (founders)

You provide your company name, your name, your email, your website, the amount sought and your message, and attach your deck (PDF). LinkedIn profile, city, founding date, stage, company figures and the Pappers or Infogreffe link are optional. This information is used only to review your project and reply to you. It is passed on to Shareable, the tool we use to track applications, and read by the Swann team. Depending on our configuration, a notification may be sent to the team on its internal messaging tool and a copy of the deck kept with our hosting provider.

Club access request (investors)

The “Apply to join the Club” button opens an external form, which states the information requested. It is used only to review your request and prepare a first conversation.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may use technical security cookies. The audio and video players on the Press page (YouTube, Dailymotion, Acast, Ausha, Spotify, Audiomeans, Deezer) only load if you open them; the service concerned may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@swann.vc. These rights apply under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Risk warning

• Loss of capital: investing in unlisted companies carries a risk of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Only invest money you will not need.
• Illiquidity: shares in unlisted companies, and the SPV units that hold them, generally cannot be sold before an exit, whose date is not known in advance.
• Duration: an investment usually spans several years.
• Dilution: new funding rounds may reduce your share of the capital.
• No guaranteed return: the exits shown on this site do not mean a gain, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
• Diversification: it is prudent to spread your investments and to commit only a limited share of your wealth to unlisted companies.
